Our client is an European MNC in Manufacturing and MRO Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Finance Director to join their Finance Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.
Duties of Finance Director:
- Lead financial closing and analysis.
- Oversee the preparation of short- and long-term budgets, treasury functions, and management of internal and external funds to effectively manage financial planning and accounting practices.
- Establish necessary procedures and systems to maintain accurate records, ensuring adequate accounting and financial controls and services.
- Source funds through both conventional and innovative methods to support capital expenditure.
- Review financial data for accuracy and ensure timely submission of internal and external financial and statutory reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or related
- At least 8 years relevant experience with regional exposure
- Experience in Manufacturing / MRO Industry is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Swiss GAAP, Singapore labour law, IFRS and Singapore Tax
