Working location:Tiong Bahru
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 5 days, 8:30am to 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing simple sales quotations (training will be provided).
- Assist in updating quoted sales opportunities into sales funnel reports using cloud software
- Assist in order processing and delivery coordination
- Assist sales and service delivery team in daily operations and liaise between departments on sales order delivery.
- To liaise with suppliers and customers ensuring prompt completion of each & every sales order
- Provide good customer service by making timely checks via email &/or phone call after delivery made or service rendered
- To provide any other administrative support such as filing, ordering office stationery & drinking water etc. whenever required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess min. NITEC/ O Level
- Min. 1 year of related working experience in corporate office environment
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Short notice or immediate available will be a big advantage
