- Set Objective, follows through Vision and Mission for the Bistro.
- Drive both food and beverage revenue and plan forecast.
- Oversee accurate cash-up procedures and ensure necessary paperwork is complete.
- Set up and follow through the SOP for beverage recipe ensuring consistence taste standard for beverages.
- Ensure adherence to stock control procedures and manage all purchases.
- Delegate duties and task to staff to maximize productivity and resources through effective scheduling.
- Training and development.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of bar area
- Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations
- Generate and present financial report.
- Maintain regular communication with staff and management through meetings and discussions
Requirement:
- This position requires strong attention and skills involving detail planning, organising, leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen & communication proficiency.
- Candidate must at least possess primary/secondary/O-Level any field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in related field is required.
