Job Description:

  • Review travel itineraries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring they align with client preferences.
  • Generate printed travel itineraries for clients and drivers, including essential trip details.
  • Create and print driver banners with passenger information and pickup/drop-off details.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations (Combi Supplier) to share travel itineraries for client coordination.
  • Coordinate with the BPO team to send itineraries and related documents for accurate transport billing.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service or administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of travel industry basics is a plus.
