Job Description:
- Report to Construction Manager/Project Manager
- To assist in site supervision works
- Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
- Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
- Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
- Coordinate with the contractor and suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
- Coordinate for all submissions
- Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submissions
- Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in reinforced concrete building and architectural design is an advantage
- Able to work well under pressure
- Independent with good communication skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Effective communication, coordination skills and team work
- Able to work 6 working days
- Able to work overtime/shift rotation
