Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with Project Management Responsibilities
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic professional to join our consulting team as a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on project management. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations, providing expert guidance, and overseeing project delivery to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including project planning, configuration, and customization to meet client requirements.
2. Provide expert consultation on SuccessFactors modules, ensuring optimal utilization of the platform to address HR and talent management needs.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and objectives, translating requirements into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
4. Assume a leadership role in project management activities, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and project tracking.
5. Conduct regular project reviews to ensure milestones are met, and deliverables align with client expectations and project timelines.
6. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on schedule.
7. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
9. Stay abreast of SAP SuccessFactors updates and industry trends, bringing innovative solutions to enhance client success.
Requirements:
1. Extensive experience as a lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a proven track record of successful implementations.
2. Strong project management skills, including experience leading end-to-end projects in a consulting environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and other relevant modules.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
6. Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
