ERSS Project Engineer
OFFICE Location: 33 Ubi Avenue 3, Vertex
Bus available: 58, Nearest MRT Station: Ubi Station and Tai Seng Station
Core Responsibilities:
● Will be involved from project tendering till final account.
● Prepare quotations and site documents.
● Work closely with top management to ensure optimum site progress.
● Handle site, technical and safety matters.
● Ensure site progress and ensure timely delivery of contract works from subcontractors/suppliers.
● Manage subcontractors/suppliers to perform their respective scope of works.
● Attend site and safety meetings with main contractors.
● Maintain BizSafe and ISO documentation and handle audits.
● Any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by management.
Job Requirements
● Possess a recognized Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural / Geotechnical / Foundation Engineering, Construction Management, and at least 3 years of relevant Singapore working experience.
● Good knowledge in ERSS works & on-site supervision will be an advantage.
● Highly motivated, good working attitude with a high level of commitment.
● Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
● Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking.
● Class 3 Driving Licence
Remuneration:
● Salary basic starting from S$3,500 up to S$4,500.
● 5.5 workdays
● Annual leave 14 days + 1 day/yr (till 18 days)
● Various type of paid leave (e.g., birthday leave and marriage leave)
