The Associate Engineer will be responsible for Maritime and land mobile satellite service provisioning. Satellite Provision platform and systems will be used to support satellite provisioning services. The incumbent will act as the point of contact for all clients, providing administrative support and managing their queries in the Satellite environment.

- Activation/deactivation of Inmarsat terminals/simcard (Maritime and Landmobile) INMARSAT C for Singapore and Foreign registered vessel
- Enquiries/Complaints handling from ship and shore customers.
- Registration of Mail65/Cplus services.
- Activation/Deactivation of Iridium simcards
- GTMail plus ,Mailconnect and GTSeamail/Vanir Lite/Orilla mail/UTM registration
- Provisioning of GSPS/FBB/BGAN/FX SIMCARDS
- Creation of GSPS/Bgan vouchers in commtroller for Channel Partners/Customer when request is received from Business Support Officers
- Issuance of Intouch cards and AIO pins after office hours
- Registration of AIO SIP postpaid and prepaid services.
- Registration of Smart box
- Number Assignment for ISDN
- Activation - Inmarsat Business Support System
- Activation/Deactivation of SBD simcards
- Staggered shift 12 hours
Skills for Success
- Diploma in Satellite Communications Engineering/ Electronics Engineering / IT & Networking Engineering from a recognized institution
- Relevant experience and knowledge in satellite communications
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Able to work with staggering shift duties
