Job Responsibilities
- Ability to create sustainable omni-channel brand awareness; develop sustainable strategies and tactics to get the word out about our brands to the right audience.
- Leading, planning and coordinating marketing efforts with all teams to create effective and engaging brand promotions throughout the year.
- Developing and communicating a clear marketing and communication strategy for the group.
- Supervising a network of designers, copywriters, photographers, social media marketers to ensure projects are delivered on time and appropriate to the brand.
- Ability to create and/or collaborate with stakeholders to produce valuable and engaging content for our websites, e-newsletters and social media platforms; curated content creation for each brand is key.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, government agencies and vendors.
- Spearhead successful marketing campaigns and ensure their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Working alongside the restaurants’ teams to ensure that all customer reviews, feedback, enquiries and complaints are attended to promptly and in respect of the brand.
- Compiling and analysing campaigns, public relations and promotions performance reports for management.
- Compiling and analysing consumer data reports for management.
- Be a reliable and trusthworthy conduit among all stakeholders.
- Keeping current on branding and marketing best practices relevant to the industry.
- Developing marketing budgets with management and tracking P&L on a regular basis.
- Attend to all customer enquiries on events, promotions, while overseeing events as needed.
Skills & Requirements
- At least 4 - 6 years of proven work experience in public relations and/or marketing, business management in a related field.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and convert.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Good sense of aesthetics.
- Great copywriting and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, a plus.
- Good working knowledge of PDPA guidelines and best practices.
- Good working knowledge of data-driven analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics, social media data reports.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Team leader & player, able to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
- BSc/MSc degree in hospitality management, Marketing or related field.
