Sales Manager

Main Functions & Responsibilities:
1. People Management
- Managing and mentoring a group of sales & customer service team to achieve sales target, customer satisfaction and performances goals
- Setting individual sales target & measure (KPI) with the sales team
- Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Maintain sales staff job results by montoring and coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Schedule and assign employees; following up on work results.
2. Customer Development
- Maintain close contact with key customers and distributors
- Quarterly business review with major channels (key accounts) and distributors teams (monthly meetings, weekly telephone calls)
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and General Manager
3. Increase sales of customers in line with company sales budget
- Use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
4. Increase listings inside existing customers and new customers
- List new products – expand company products portfolio according to the priorities and suitability of customers
- Optimize product portfolio to increase and maximize sales with excellent product visibility of shelves for priority products
- Customers and Distributors should follow company Sales plan as main turnover KPI
- Ensure customers and Distributors should follow company Sales plan as main turnover KPI
- Store checks together with customers and distributors
5. Marketing
- Work closely with Marketing for promotional plan design
- Stay on current market trends and competitive activity
- Managing marketing budget and expenditure
- Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of each project
- Communicate in time with all Customers and distributors yearly events (marketing calendar activities and leaflets)
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Job Requirement:
- At least 5 years of business development or account management background with a proven track record
