Looking for experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor/ Kitchen Assistant @Air-Conditioned Coffee Joint.
- Oversee all front and back of the house operations.
- Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service.
- To respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
- Monitoring the outlet’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other essentials are adequately stocked.
- Manage oulet environment and ensure proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Profit & loss responsibility for the outlet.
- Review and ensure timely, accurate and complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
- Overall responsible for daily operation of the outlet.
Requirements:
Work Hours - Monday - Saturday 7am-7pm
Work Location - Tanjong Pagar
