Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities involve overseeing customer and key account management, driving sales for profitability and meeting distribution goals, managing sales administration tasks, addressing customers' concerns, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure smooth product delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering or relevant field
- Possess at least 2 years of sales related experience, preferably in industrial sales
- Knowledge with Incoterms and shipping including LC issuance / negotiation is an added advantage
- Proficient in computer skills
- AutoCAD skills is an added advantage
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Good customer engagement and negotiation skills, resourceful with good interpersonal skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking business associates
- Singaporean / PR preferred
