Prism Plus is growing! We are currently seeking a creative, highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. The internship will provide an undergraduate or graduate student an opportunity to gain experience in a very fast-paced, small business environment.
Job Description
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Executive on sourcing, candidate targeting, and recruiting potential employees for Prism Plus.
- Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System (Workable) and externally to various career sites and job portal.
- Build candidate generation strategies (heavy emphasis on social media channels)
- Responsible for updating the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in open enrolment procedures (fairs, education reports, etc.)
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Current college student, Juniors, or Seniors, (preferable majoring in Human Resources Management and/or Business Administration)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Proficient in Office365 tools
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- Proficiency in the use of social media platforms (LinkedIn)
