Our client is a well-established company in Real Estate development, investment and capital management company headquartered in Singapore. The Group holds diverse portfolio of assets across the global market and they are looking for a unique individual to join their growing business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with asset management teams on portfolio reporting, budgeting, forecasting and asset management plans, including marketing strategies
- Assist in the preparation and maintaining of financial variance analysis reports, financial modelling, monitor budgets
- Assist in the syndication and management of private funds
- Assist in the investment transactions from end-to-end, deal evaluation and structuring, financial modelling
- Manage market intelligence and collate industry information
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Resourceful, have an analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling.
- Overseas travelling is required for this role.

- Working days: 5 days
- Salary: Up to S$6,600 + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
