Senior Sales Executive (SaaS/ VOD/ IPTV/ Up to SGD 6,000)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) and VOD (Video-on-Demand) industry. As a Regional Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue within your assigned region and developing strategic relationships with clients. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while promoting our SaaS and VOD solutions to clients in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and formulate effective sales plans.
  • Set clear objectives for the sales team and align their efforts with company goals.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team, assisting them in achieving their individual and team targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the region.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects within the region.
  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points to effectively position our SaaS and VOD solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions and delivering exceptional customer service.

Sales Performance and Reporting:

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Regularly review sales forecasts and pipeline reports to ensure accurate forecasting and effective resource allocation.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and analysis to the senior management team.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Share customer insights, market trends, and competitor information to contribute to product and service enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and driving collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in the SaaS and VOD industry.
  • Experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a focus on coaching and development.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS and VOD solutions, with the ability to articulate value propositions to clients.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Chinese is a plus to communicate with counterparties
