My client is a A1 main contractor in Singapore is hiring multiple Assistant Project Managers to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project manager to overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Lead project teams, manage resources, ensure compliance with regulations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project goals within established timelines and budgets.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Build, lead, and manage cross-functional project teams.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Management, or Construction Management,
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
- Proven track record in Project management in construction industry.
- Good communication skills, and leadership.
Other Information:
- Location : Depends on Projects (Central/North/East)
- Working Day : 6 days
- Salary : Upto $8k + VB 2 months
