Responsibilities:
- Manage top line and bottom line of the seafreight department
- Continuous improvement in the annual KPI for customer satisfaction survey
- Improve in productivity by capitalizing and maximizing the use of the FMS
- Analyze and propose cost reduction strategies
- Co-ordinate and liase with customer / OA on clearance and delivery of Import Shipments
- Co-ordinate with Other Local Agents and Internal Departments on Import Shipments.
- Liaise with Consignee and provide shipment update.
- Liaise with Sales / Marketing upon shipment activation for Quotation if required
- Checking of Sailing Schedule with Carrier / Co-loader
- Contact Customers / OA for cargo details / readiness
- Arrange booking / space reservation with co-loader/carriers
- Arrange, follow-up and monitor various CO Form application, collection and dispatch
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
- Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in Seafreight Import & Export
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
