Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to project management policies and procedures.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in resource allocation and optimization across projects.
- Develop resource management plans to ensure efficient utilization of personnel.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure its accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues in projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement risk management processes and support project teams in risk assessment and management.
- Continuously evaluate project management processes and recommend improvements.
- Drive efficiency and quality through the implementation of best practices.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact between project teams and senior management.
- Able to do presentation to key project stakeholders on progress and updates.
- Prepare project financial data and budget forecast.
- Providing budget review to stakeholders
- Proper project documentation creation and archival.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience working in project management or as a PMO. To have at least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Familiar with government environment and processes is a plus.
- Familiar with Network terminology and jargons.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong project planning, stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Certification in ITIL and/or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
