Job Description:
- Lead and execute building construction façade projects, managing operational and administrative procedures. Responsibilities include:
- Manage the entire process with expertise in project management.
- Conduct project planning, cost control, and maintain project documentation.
- Provide direction in construction planning, coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and consultants for on-schedule progress.
- Ensure works meet quality standards and comply with safety, environmental regulations, and the Company's ISO system.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years handling projects with a contract value exceeding $1M.
- Dynamic and motivated personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team Leadership:
- Exhibit good leadership to guide a team of project staff.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project.
