Requirements:
- Minimally Diploma holder.
- 2-3 years of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Description:
- Facilitate and implement all phase of the recruitment processes (end-to-end recruitment).
- Assist with job postings and the advertisement process, coordinate for interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Screen and select qualified applications for Hiring’s consideration.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Follow up with HR Partners during offer stage process and other onboarding matters.
- Attend and participate in job fairs & recruitment sessions.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
