Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for L1/L2 technology support including troubleshooting of Digital Signage/LCD/LED Software, Network issues and Client platform relation problems, including PC, Printers and Peripherals
- System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution.
- Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
- Handle incoming calls from end user for LED/LCD matters.
- Work closely with various IT resolver group to resolve customer software issues
- Daily IT Support for customer ( onsite and offsite )
- Maintenance and upgrading of current system
- Hardware and Software evaluation with testing
- Other duties/ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Training will be provided
Job Requirements:
- Min. higher nitec/o level in any discipline;
- Min with at least 1 years' experience in IT or Audio Visual industry;
- Candidates with in Audio Visual / IT Solutions will be value added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in dealing with building and construction industry will be value added advantage.
- Team player who can work in fast paced environment.
- Organise, detailed-oriented and hard working
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Candidates need to liaise with China supplier with writing or spoken in MANDARIN.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
