IT Support Technician

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for L1/L2 technology support including troubleshooting of Digital Signage/LCD/LED Software, Network issues and Client platform relation problems, including PC, Printers and Peripherals
  • System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution.
  • Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
  • Handle incoming calls from end user for LED/LCD matters.
  • Work closely with various IT resolver group to resolve customer software issues
  • Daily IT Support for customer ( onsite and offsite )
  • Maintenance and upgrading of current system
  • Hardware and Software evaluation with testing
  • Other duties/ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Training will be provided

Job Requirements:

  • Min. higher nitec/o level in any discipline;
  • Min with at least 1 years' experience in IT or Audio Visual industry;
  • Candidates with in Audio Visual / IT Solutions will be value added advantage.
  • Candidates with experience in dealing with building and construction industry will be value added advantage.
  • Team player who can work in fast paced environment.
  • Organise, detailed-oriented and hard working
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Candidates need to liaise with China supplier with writing or spoken in MANDARIN.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation

  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
