Reporting to the Finance Manager (Corporate Finance), you will be responsible for providing insights to the financial decision-making process in the organisation through analysis, financial projections (planning, budgeting and forecasting) and reporting.
Job responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse daily key metrics of student enrolment/withdrawals by centre/level/subject
- Perform monthly closing reports/decks and financial analytics for stakeholders to make informed business decisions, to explain performance and to monitor projects against approved business plans
- Collaborate with Business Units to understand their latest spending and maximise efficiency
- Identify and highlight financial risks and opportunities via financial modelling based on internal plans and macro/external environment
- Support the annual budgeting and business forecasting process
- Prepare the monthly sales and retention targets for business teams
- Develop new dashboards to facilitate smoother information sharing
- Lead and participate in ad-hoc duties, analysis and projects as required

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy and/or ACCA, Economics or Law.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience, ideally in a similar capacity. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Prior exposure to FP&A an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experienced in handling and analysing a large volume of data.
- Energetic with a positive attitude.
- Willingness and ability to learn on-the-job any new skills that may be required.
- Meticulous with an eye for details.
- Ability to multi-task and work with tight timelines.
- Possesses excellent business acumen and strong communication skills.
- Ability to engage stakeholders across the entire organisation.
