Incident and Problem Management Specialist
Our client is a global organization with an office here in Singapore. Due to growth, they are now seeking an Incident and Problem Management Specialist.
Reporting to the Head of Services, the primary responsibility of this role is to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Incident Management implementation and oversee end-to-end incident recovery for major incidents, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
- Manage incident documentation and timely communications in adherence to SLAs and established processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in Incident Management and Problem Resolution methodologies.
- Develop operational metrics for incidents and problems, focusing on root cause analysis and improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate across teams to embed best practices, execute proactive problem analysis, and enhance problem resolution strategies.
The successful Incident and Problem Management Specialist are passionate about seamless operations and problem resolution, ensuring the systems remain at peak performance for our clients.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Extensive APAC banking experience in Technology (min. 10 years).
- Deep understanding of Banking Operations, preferably Front, Middle, or Back Office.
- Expertise in IT Service Management and outsourcing oversight.
- Proficiency in ITSM processes, ServiceNow, and technology infrastructure
