Our client is a Global High-end Apparel MNC, one of the leading players in the sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Store Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in Central – easily accessible.
Duties
- Manage day to day operations
- Achieves measures of performance in the areas such as unit per transaction, average sales, sales per hour, sales conversion, payroll expense, payroll expense sales, turnover, shortage control and company contests and set daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Oversees and manager execution, implementation of merchandising as specified by company directives to ensure maximum profitability through margin sets.
- Monitor operational expenses to ensure profitability.
- Oversee and manage all of the recruiting, hiring and training needs of the store.
- Delegates responsibilities to other members of the management team and staff.
- Conduct constructive feedback with regards to sub-standard performance for the store and staff
- Manage and oversee recruitment and training
- Any ad-hoc duty as assign
Requirements
- Min Diploma or degree in business
- Min two years managerial experience similar field
