Job Duties:
- Support South East Asia Regional Marketing Head and will be responsible for marketing and operations for Singapore Market
- Create strategies and marketing plans covering online and offline activations and follow through with excellent execution to meet the business objectives, including merchant acquisition expansion, GMV growth, active user base growth etc.
- Leverage market and user insights and data analytics to adapt, plan, execute and track effectiveness of global and regional marketing campaigns.
- Lead the account management process including co-creating and executing joint business plans, conducting periodic account review and follow up with action plans etc
- Travel: Not often abroad, but client visiting in Singapore is frequently needed.
Job Requirements:
- Degree level with 3 to 5 years’ experience including marketing and operating in a consumer facing online and offline retail/services industry.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin as the role will need to communicate with the team in HQ China
- Highly analytical and strategic, flexible and adaptive, able to shift the role from strategy to day to day tactical operations constantly.
- Able to work independently and also a good team player, share the company core value and commit to meet the deadlines under time constraints.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent Excel and PPT capabilities
