about the job
- PO processing & confirmation of PO to customers (SO Creation)
- Coordinate with purchasing & production departments on schedule arrangements
- Own the entire order fulfillment process from order entry, delivery to revenue recognition
- Maintain shipping records, prepare packing/shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments
- Provide costing to sales person on new projects
- Quotations generation and monitoring of delivery shipment
- Act as operation focal point for customer queries (e.g. documentation and shipment status) and complex sales order resolution
- Process Customer’s orders until delivery in accordance with the order processing system (IFS system)
- Maintain Filing System of all Sales and Stocks related documents
- Assist in Financial Audit and Stock Count Exercise
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC qualification
- Min 4 years customer service working experience in pharma / medical / medtech environment
- Experience in handling Letters of Credit,
- Working knowledge of SAP R/3 Sales and Distribution (SD) module
- Hands on with order management, processing , fulfilment
- Willing to work around clementi / jurong east area
- Able to commence within a short notice or immediate will be a plus
