- Industry/ Organization Type: Heavy Machinery & Equipment
- Position Title: Admin
- Working Location: Penjuru Close
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri (8 am – 5 pm), Sat (8 am – 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary (Up to $2.5k) + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales and purchase activities.
- Provide support to team members.
- Assist with shipping and logistics activities.
- Issue invoices.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
