- Responsible for spring planning, retrospectives, and focus on completing sprint goals.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance existing applications.
- Propose different ways to solve problems.
- Give feedback to and proactively seek it from your peers and stakeholders.
- Participate in application design and code reviews.
