- accountable for achieving business plan within assigned accounts and delivering profitable growth.
- attend to doctors in private or government hospitals.
- work closely with hospitals on tenders and consignment stocks or to work with channel partners on tenders.
- provide technical support, testing, directly or indirectly to field and inquiries from doctors, at all times.
- assist implantations/procedures, performs follow-up, if requires.
- resolve issues and conducting root cause analysis.
- ensure strategic account plans are developed and implemented effectively.
- manage key processes and procedures involved in the sales and maintain healthcare compliance regulation guidelines.
- ensure compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures.
- initiate sales activities those are consistent.
- support our marketing team on programs, workshops or congress, as and when required.
- support clinical studies, if any
Requirements
- Min Diploma in any courses
- Min 2 to 3 years of sales exp (Medical Device/ Lifescience Devices)
