Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the company’s entire network systems, including but not limited to hardware configurations and software installations and website within the company
- Responsible for researching, diagnosing and troubleshooting to identify solution(s) to resolve system and/or network issues within the company.
- Coordinate warranty services and perform health checks by monitoring availability and functionality of the network systems.
- To manage and keep proper log records of IT issues for audit purposes.
- Any other relevant duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience with extensive knowledge in computer hardware systems and familiarity in general OS systems, Enterprise, programming languages and office software applications.
- Good with IT and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and stakeholder management skills, good collaborative team spirit, and a can-do attitude.
