Job Descriptions:
- Manage and prepare the measurements and cost estimates for the construction projects from initial calculations to the final accounts.
- Prepare contract documents in accordance to the regulations.
- Prepare cost analysis and monitor project overruns to ensure the objectives of the project is achieved.
- Access payment and variation works to subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
- Communicate with the management, sub-contractors and keeps track of the progression of the sub-contract.
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Entry level or with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in LTA project, or similar scale, complexity and nature of work will be advantages.
