Summary of Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
- Service-oriented, dependable Floor Staff/Bartenders.
- Serving customers to a high standard by attending to guests’ needs in a prompt and professional manner
- Handling cash and credit card transactions
- Product knowledge and upselling
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar /venue and its equipmentPerforming inventory counts on beverage and other stock
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays (5-day roster)
