Description:
- Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders
- Process invoices for payments
- Assist with data entry work for mid-year budget review
- Other admin duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement:
- The Personnel shall preferably have 3 years’ experience in an administrative work environment
- GCE “O” level qualification or its equivalent in English and Mathematics
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good team player with high level of initiative
