Responsibilities:
- On-site Hardware Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various IT equipment, including but not limited to laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, network switches, NAS, and NVR within office premises.
- IT Peripherals Management: Facilitate the relocation and reconfiguration of IT peripherals within various offices located in the same building to ensure optimal system functionality.
- SaaS Management: Oversee and manage SaaS platforms including, but not limited to, Office 365, Zoom, and other cross-platform software. ensuring seamless operations and addressing any user concerns or issues promptly.
- Support for Employee Transitions: Provide comprehensive IT support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Responsibilities include setting up and configuring email, VPN, printers, and Remote Desktop services to ensure smooth transitions for new and departing staff.
- Vendor and Internal Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal software developers and external IT vendors, addressing feature requests and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in IT or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT.
- Proficiency with management of SaaS and web-based applications.
- Prior experience working in the technology or finance sector preferred.
- Proficiency with MacOS, experience with networking and Linux systems will be advantageous.
- Able to commit to occasional weekend assignments for downtime upgrade works.
- Contract is renewable based on performance.
