- Position: Engineer (Building Management)
- Location: Across Singapore (at site)
- Working hours: 5.5 days work week
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + OT Pay + Performance Bonus
- Duration: 2 Years Contract
- Industry: Building supply and installation
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on work at project sites and work independently.
- Proficient in technical report writing.
- To update work progress promptly to the management.
- Update and maintain all related records at sites.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/ management.
Requirements:
- Diploma relating to mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Building Management/Building Automation System required.
- Knowledge of BMS SCADA/Niagara Software, HMI, energization in power system and DDC controller programming.
- Knowledge of Auto CAD software, Microsoft Excel and Word software.
- Knowledge of digital fundamentals, control logic and site or equipment troubleshooting.
