Key Responsibilities:
- To take up a proactive sales role in business development projects
- To achieve or exceed sales projections assigned
- Responsible in the development of sales and revenue from potential and existing projects
- Responsible in the establishment and generation of new business via new channels
- To engage and establish relationships with existing and potential customers and merchants.
- Responsible in the performing and conducting of sales presentation to customers on company's products and services
- Understanding market competitors' needs and market trends, identify opportunities and to develop and implement a suitable growth strategy
- Assisting in business planning and launching of key marketing strategies.
- Conducting sales analysis, develop strategies and implement action plans to achieve optimal business performance
- Providing relevant reports to stakeholders with account' progress and make appropriate recommendations to improve overall sales performance
- Responding effectively and efficiently to all sales enquiries and to ensure conversion into sales
- To attend to and resolve problems and propose recommendations
- To perform any other duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Degree or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 year(s) of relevant working experience
- Possesses a good base of clientele and leads to work with
- Possesses in depth knowledge and skillsets on E-Commerce platforms, Supply Chain services, procurement etc.
- Service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, management and negotiation skills
- Able to perform under pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Possesses the drive and resourcefulness to deliver results
- Having the ability to multitask and handle a multitude of different responsibilities at one time
- Having the ability to think creatively, strategically and to identify and resolve problems
