Contract Period: From 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024
Working hours:
· Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
· Fridays: 9:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
Manning of General Office counter;
· Attend to queries from students, parents or members of public (phonecalls & walk ins)
· Assist in general administrative and student related duties
(i) Checking of documents for Financial Assistance application
(ii) Maintaining of Financial Assistance list
(iii) Preparing outcome letter for Financial Assistance
(iv) Guide staff for incident report
(v) Preparing early dismissal slip for unwell students
(vi) Oversee bus booking orders
· Assist in basic financial duties (work payment officer on follow up)
· Assist in other office or admin duties assigned by the Authority
Qualification, Experience:
· At least 1 years of working experience as a receptionist in a secondary school environment.
· At least GCE ‘N’ level certification
· Able to communicate and write well in English and at least one other language.
· Possess good communication skills and able to work independently as well as a team player.
· Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
