Job Description: As a fishing instructor at My Fishing Frenzy Academy, you will be responsible for teaching fundamental fishing skills at different levels of course. This role involves working with diverse groups, including beginners and advanced anglers, to create enjoyable and educational fishing experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fishing courses for individuals and groups according to the syllabus.
- Provide hands-on instruction on fishing techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures with SOP.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for participants of all ages and skill levels.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during fishing activities.
- Assist with the maintenance and organization of fishing equipment.
Qualifications:
- Passion for fishing and the outdoors.
- Previous experience as a fishing guide or instructor is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, parents, or guardians
- Knowledge of local fishing regulations and environmental conservation practices.
- Fluent in English-speaking
- Ability to work on Saturday and Sunday.

Salary: Starting from $100 per trip, plus additional commissions pay
