We are searching for a Customer Service Officer with exceptional communication skills and a good work ethic. To responsibilities will include answering customer questions and providing support.
Duties:
- Answer phone, email, and face-to-face customer enquiries
- Create and maintain reports on customer interactions
- Update customer records in our system, including notes about conversations and outcomes
- Participate in team-building activities
- Develop customer rapport
- Paper work, Data entry, add hoc duties
Requirements:
- Customer Service Representative
- Customer Service Consultant
- Customer Service Associate
- Customer Care Representative
- Previous office or call centre experience
- Able to communicate with Chinese Client / Supplier
