RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the bakery team in the preparation of pastry
- Executive and maintain consistent recipes and presentation
- Follow proper handling and right temperature of food products
- Handle equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Maintain workstations are clean and tidy with proper hygiene
- Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients
- Ensure proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
- Any other duties assigned by the manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- No experience applicants are welcome to apply
- Willing to learn and have a strong passion for baking
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A valid food hygiene certificate will be an advantage
