Description
- Provide 1st and 2nd Level IT Support to end-users
- Provide end-user IT support for both local and remote locations daily to ensure smooth business operation including end-user computing device performance monitoring
- Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations, applications and other related equipment and devices
- Perform IT asset lifecycle management, including tech refresh, preventive maintenance (e.g., laptops / Printers) and software license monitoring
- Responsible for the procurement of IT equipment, software and related products, including administering procurement processes and supporting in requirements scoping and evaluation
- Manage IT vendors (service quality, feedback, improvements) and service contracts
- Provide assistance in the implementation of new end-user computing technologies
- Any other IT duties as assigned
Requirements
- Recognized Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in providing IT support to end-user community
- Has a passion or keen interest in Healthcare or Community Services
- Strong in tracking on-hand tasks and see through to completion
- Experienced in troubleshooting IT issues at L1/L2 support
- A great team player and able to work well with other team members
- Able to communicate well and maintain documentation
