Job Description
- Handling sales inquiries and quotations from customers;
- Handling pre and post sales enquiries from customers;
- Entering confirmed orders into order system;
- Arrange and track delivery of products from overseas and local warehouse to customers’ location;
- Documentation of order archiving;
- Conduct general office administration;
- Ability to communicate with clients regarding on their orders and our products
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies / Engineering
- Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply
- Proficient in MS Excel & MS Word
- Good verbal and written communication skills
