Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership to the recruitment team, aligning recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent within the oil and gas sector.
  • Lead, cultivate, and inspire a high-performance recruitment team, setting and exceeding targets.
  • Establish, adeptly oversee and drive the recruitment team's daily Key Performance Indicators, ensuring a seamless alignment with organizational goals and maintaining a high standard of operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct rigorous performance evaluations against established KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Implement targeted corrective measures and process enhancements to optimize team efficiency and performance outcomes.
  • Lead by example in critical recruitment activities, showcasing mastery in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, including actively participating in recruiting for senior leadership positions to contribute to the achievement of the company's expansion targets.
  • Systematically enrich the candidate database through proactive sourcing, identification, and engagement of high-potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement strategies to fortify a dynamic talent pipeline capable of addressing both immediate and long-term recruitment needs.
  • Maintain a vigilant awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous enhancement of talent acquisition methodologies.
  • Compile comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to the management team, providing insights into the overall performance of the HR and recruitment team.
  • Any other special projects and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, including a track record of effectively managing teams comprising 5 to 10 individuals, preferably in Oil and Gas industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise of successful team management, overseeing more than 5 individuals, and exhibiting proficiency in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee compensation and benefits, and other talent acquisition and HR responsibilities.
  • Proven track record in demonstrating effective monitoring and optimization of key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment teams, showcasing the ability to implement strategic measures that enhance overall team efficiency and performance outcomes.
  • Previous experience in recruitment agencies with a proven track record in sales and business development is advantageous.
  • Proven recruitment expertise, showcasing a successful track record in both quantity and quality of placements.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to evolving business needs.
  • Upholding a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
