As the Project Manager in the Business Intelligence Logistics & Intermodal team, you are responsible for managing, maintaining and updating data in our Information Systems within the Logistics Department. In addition, you will be responsible for establishing different reports and Key Performance Indicators on Container Logistics domain to support management decision making.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Logistics Study Experts to collecting user’s needs (for Head Office and Local Agents)
· Take charge of the QlikSense dashboards development and writing business requirements upon requests
· Collaborate with IT Functional Analysts and Developers (IT BI Team) on the topics assigned (Pre-study, Design, Developments, etc.)
· Assist dashboard product owners and Logistics QlikSense contributors in tool usage, trainings, etc.
· Be the technical referent and super user of the QlikSense Logistics Data Model
· Providing updates on Logistic KPIs and reports and where necessary, establishing new reports and build new reports support our management’s decision making process
Requirements
· Postgraduate degree in Computer Science
· Ideally at least 4-5 years’ experience in similar function.
· Fluency in English as you would be interacting with people of diverse cultures and background
· Possess strong practical knowledge of SQL Language and QlikSense tool
· Excellent Excel software knowledge
· Possess an analytical mind and an ability to synthesize big volumes of information.
· Displays strong initiative and proactive
