General responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients of different ages according to hospital policies
- Work closely with the nursing team to ensure the delivery of quality, timely and continuous care to patients
- Interact with patients to better understand their needs
- Conduct rounds to ensure patients are well and safe. Report any abnormalities for immediate treatment and follow up with the progress of the patients
- Identify problems related to illness and decline in functional and cognitive abilities, and advocate for early medical attention
- Observe, measure and record patients’ vital statistics and report changes in patient’s condition to RNs and doctors
Requirements:
- Valid SNB and BCLS
- At least 1 year of hospital ward experience
- Available for a minimum of 3 months
