Job description
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls, voice mails and taking down notes or transferring to the correct person-in-charge.
- Checking company enquiry mailbox. Replying general enquiries or forwarding to the person-in-charge.
- Updating admin inventory including stationery, uniform etc.
- Maintaining proper filing and documentation.
- Liaise with printer servicing company, pest control company, air-cond servicing company, etc vendors.
- Providing administrative support to managers.
- Monitoring outlets cctv and making weekly report to manager.
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements
- Able to communicate and write in English.
- 1 - 2 years working experience as an admin.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Responsible and good working attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer orientated.
