- Timely and accurately update employee data in the SAP system.
- Ensure the compliance, integrity, and security of the employee database.
- Handle the end-to-end process for pre-employment, application, and renewal of work and dependent passes.
- Generate letters for employees and maintain a systematic filing of employee documents.
- Process payments for overtime and training work permits.
- Manage applications for No Pay Leave, Study, and Examination Leave.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and undertake administrative duties for the HR department.
- Oversee training administration, including registrations, payments, funding applications, logistics, and course evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, certificates, and generate training reports.
- Coordinate in-house training programs, handling vendor sourcing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Manage the sponsorship program, reviewing applications, preparing recommendations, and handling payments.
- Administer the overseas trainee program, dealing with overseas counterparts, training pass applications, accommodation, allowances, and tax matters.
- Min Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Min 3 years expereince.
