· Responsible for the group's overseas financing planning, and build financing channels.
· Find financial capital to meet financial targets.
· Liaise and work with finance institutions, trust company to build relationship.
· Study economic and financial policies, analyze regional financial market conditions and trends.
· Based on the market environment, research and analyse policies related to the company business, market information.
· Establish and improve financing management mechanism of finance institutions, sort out and optimize the financing process, maintain financing channels.
· Responsible for the collection and analysis of data on the operation of financing projects, and form a written report to the finance head.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with CPA
· Experience in large-scale manufacturing financing (such as steel project financing and steel trade financing) and familiar with multiple financing modes (for example bank financing, equity financing, etc.) are preferred;
· Must be self-starter and a quick learner, independent and flexible, with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on cross-functional projects
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment.
· Willing for cross-border business travels to South East Asia and China.
· Fluent in English and Mandarin will be preferred due to business requirement.
