Responsibilities
- Upkeep hotel front of house and the public areas
- Maintaining and enforcing quality service standards and procedures of housekeeping services
- Conducting cleaning duties set by the hotel
- Reporting maintenance deficiencies
- Providing assistance to guest if needed
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor
Requirements
- Knowledge on hotel procedures and operating policies
- Pleasant, Polite and able to work independently
- No experience are welcome
