Role Summary for Administrative Specialist:
Location: Tuas, contract term.
Being responsible for coordination administrative progress of Field Service Engineers (BH, OEM, supplier) mobilization to Bacalhau FPSO site, ensuring people receive the access as per site procedure and in compliance with visa process and HSE standards. Submission of projects reports (daily, weekly, time sheets) under guidance of Installation and / or Site Manager.
Coordinating with Site Team and Customer to ensure time sheets are submitted on-time in accordance with contractual terms and conditions while maximizing revenue, minimizing cost, and optimizing the timing of cash collection.
Interacting with Customer to assure smooth handling correspondence, providing regular updates, ensuring scheduling and execution of assigned project. Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions.
Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of every timesheet to Customer under guidance of the Site Manager
- Monitor the total hours billable on weekly basis, for both BH FSE’s & Subcontractors/OEM’s under the guidance of the Site Manager
- Prepare the daily reports for GTCC (Gas Turbine Combined Cycle) plant & EMCC (Electrical Motor Centrifugal Compressors)
- Prepare the weekly reports for GTCC (Gas Turbine Combined Cycle) plant & EMCC (Electrical Motor Centrifugal Compressors)
- Support Entry procedure for each new FSE mobilized on site.
- Other tasks that will be given based on project workload to support the team.
